Trust Corporation International has been acquired by Ocorian.
The acquisition allows Ocorian to offer a more comprehensive service to clients and corporates in Guernsey.
“It is tremendously good news that Trust Corporation International’s dedicated teams will be joining Ocorian,” said Ocorian CEO, Frederik van Tuyll.
“We are a very considered acquirer and this acquisition is a strategic investment in Guernsey alongside our core and complementary service lines,” he said.
The move is still subject to regulatory approval, but it'll continue to be business as usual for the 50+ team at TCI.
“We are delighted we will be able to provide a broader range of relevant, high quality services in global locations to our clients and are looking forward to working with everyone at Ocorian,” said TCI CEO, Michael Betley.
