Philip Braun has been appointed to the Board of The International Stock Exchange's (TISE) regulatory arm.

Mr Braun will step into the role as an independent Non-Executive of The International Stock Exchange Authority Limited (TISEA).

“I am very pleased to welcome Phil to the Board of TISEA," said the Chair of TISEA, Anderson Whamond.

"Phil brings a wealth of experience and expertise from across the financial services industry, both in the Channel Islands and internationally, which will be hugely valuable in executing the strategic and operational oversight of a well-regulated exchange.”

Mr Braun is based in Jersey and has worked for financial services across the globe.

“I am delighted to join the Board of TISEA," he said.

"There have been some very impressive recent developments at TISE, such as the record numbers of new bond issuances and the launch of TISE Private Markets, and I am excited to be involved with such a fast-growing and dynamic business."
