New lettings manager at Livingroom

Livingroom Estate Agents has appointed a new lettings manager to meet growing demand in both the Local and Open Market.

Vikki Bennett rejoins the award-winning local estate agency as lettings manager after taking a sabbatical during 2017. She previously worked in the Local Market sales team.

Mrs Bennett was instrumental in setting up the lettings department at Livingroom in 2012, spending three years in the team before moving to sales. She returns to the lettings team to manage the increasing demand for rental properties.

Mrs Bennett said: “My year out was spent discovering new hobbies and interests but I was definitely ready to return to one of my greatest passions – property – after the break. The rental market is more dynamic than ever and we’ve got a great team in place here at Livingroom that I’m excited to head up.”
