Lloyds Bank International has appointed Julie Ronaldson as the new Island Director for Guernsey.

Reporting into Lloyds Bank International’s Crown Dependencies Director, Adele Bohlen, Ms Ronaldson has nearly 25 years’ banking experience with Lloyds Bank, having originally joined Bank of Scotland, which is part of Lloyds Banking Group.

She has held a number of roles across the bank during her time, joining Lloyds Bank International in 2017, initially in Jersey, before moving to Guernsey in 2019.

Adele Bohlen, Crown Dependencies Director, Lloyds Bank International, said: “Julie’s appointment demonstrates the strength of the Bank’s internal talent and is a well-deserved broadening of her responsibilities. Julie has demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting our business customers to fulfil their growth ambitions and I am confident she will bring this clear customer focus to her enlarged role across Guernsey.

"I’m extremely grateful for Mike’s stewardship in Guernsey and wish him every success in his new role with the bank.”

Ms Rondaldson has replaced Mike Jones, who himself has been appointed Director for Strategy & Performance in the Lloyds Bank International’s private banking team.
