Experienced private wealth professional Gloria Borg has joined Praxis as Head of Compliance, Malta, which is a new senior role for the Group.
She has an extensive range of qualifications and experience in financial services, particularly in the senior regulatory compliance space.
Before joining Praxis, Ms Borg gained experience working in client facing roles in Malta at a large international bank, the Maltese office of a global accountancy firm and at a private wealth and corporate services provider.
Ann Shanahan, Praxis Group Head of Compliance, said: "The compliance team and our clients will benefit from the expertise and experience that Gloria brings to this new Head of Compliance role. Throughout her financial services career, Gloria has developed an impressive level of skill in business planning, operations and customer relationship management, and negotiation, all of which make her an asset to the regulatory compliance team.
