Stuart Mauger has been named as Butterfield's latest addition in its Business Development, Corporate Banking, and Custody team.
In his new role Mr Mauger will be responsible for the business development efforts of corporate custody and banking operations across the Channel Islands, alongside Stefano Finetti, the Vice President of Business Development.

Previously Mr Mauger spent 22 years with Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) Guernsey, and has “a proven track record and extensive expertise, including a number of years working in Hong Kong and the Asia region” according to his new employers.
He also holds an Economics degree from the University of Bristol, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, and has a STEP Diploma in International Trust Management.
Alan Bennalick, Head of Corporate and Private Banking said: “As we continue to expand our presence and product offering in the Channel Islands, Stuart will play a key role in further building corporate and institutional business relationships. I know he will be a great addition to the team.”
