Motor Mall’s new recruit up to speed

Wednesday 06 February 2019

Having only been with the business for three months, Motor Mall says its new recruit Kelsey Russell is already up to speed on one of motor dealers’ best-selling brands.

She has just completed an online training course geared around SsangYong, the fourth largest South Korea-based automobile manufacturer.

Ms Russell is now familiar with the specification of all of the vehicles in the Ssangyong range: the Tivoli, Rexton, Musso, Turismo and Korando, as well as the history of the brand.

Motor Mall’s General Sales Manager, Gary Bynam, said: “We’re delighted to have Kelsey on our ever- growing team. She’s already proving that she is passionate about the motor trade. The training she has just completed is one of a number we offer our staff as part of their personal development plan which is an important part of the Jackson’s Group culture.”

Commenting on her new role, Ms Russell added: “I really love working in a customer service based sales environment and this training has ensured I can offer the very best service to Islanders looking for a new car.”
