Livingroom Estate Agents has achieved five-star success in the United Kingdom Property Awards 2020.
The awards are judged by a panel of 100 industry experts across the UK, and five-star awards are only granted to the highest scoring entrants in each category.
The Channel Islands estate agents will now go on to compete with other successful firms regionally, and then potentially onto the International Property Awards.
“This is fantastic news to cap off what has been a quite remarkable year,” said Simon Torode, founder and CEO of Livingroom.
“To have reached December with a record-breaking year is hugely humbling, and a testament to how hard my team has worked, as well as the government responses that allowed us to get back to work as quickly as we did."
