Law firm gets new corporate senior associate

Henry Simpson has joined Carey Olsen as a senior associate in the corporate and finance team.

Called to the Bar of England in 2016, he later was admitted as an Advocate of the Royal Court locally in 2018, qualifying as a solicitor in the UK in 2020.

He brings with him offshore law experience for international and local clients acting on large financial transaction and on corporate regulatory issues.

Mr Simpson is also Vice-President of the Guernsey International Legal Association and a director of the Institute of Law Guernsey.

Mr Simpson said: “I look forward to working alongside my new team and hope to use my knowledge and skills in the corporate and finance space to contribute to the continual growth and success of the firm."
