IQ-EQ has completed its move into the fourth floor of Plaza House at Admiral Park.
The recently completed office block has strong environmental credentials, with it becoming the firms second sustainable office space alongside Dublin.
It also brings the local wing of the business under one roof for the first time, with offices previously in both St Peter Port and St Martin.
Greg Kok, Managing Director of IQ-EQ Guernsey, said: “We’ve a proud heritage in Guernsey, and we’re all very excited to be moving to Admiral Park and to be bringing our complete Guernsey team together for the very first time. The quality of the new office premises – the best in Guernsey – is reflective of the type of business we are”.
John Legrand, Regional CEO of the UK, Ireland and Crown Dependencies, commented: “Admiral Park’s BREEAM certification will help to ensure we’re doing our part for the environment and that the location remains suitable for our expanding business for many years to come. It’s an exciting time for our Guernsey business – a superb new space to work in, an expanding client base and growing team."
