A Guernsey firm which launched in 2016 has expanded to now offer new services including a review and assessment of board composition and director competency.
Platinum Compliance (Guernsey) Limited is owned and run by Lindsay Fox, who has also now launched Platinum Board Evaluation.
Ms Fox said "Platinum Compliance’s objective is to provide clear, independent and objective advice specifically tailored to meet the requirements of the organisation’s Board. We work with highly qualified consultants with extensive practical and academic experience working within the financial services industry."
Members of Platinum Compliance have more than 30 years of financial services experience within the Guernsey financial services sector, meaning they "understand the needs from an operational perspective and are pragmatic and proactive in our approach to ensure we find the most effective solutions for our clients."
Ms Fox said regulatory demands are increasing and it is becoming more of a challenge for businesses to ensure they remain compliant on a continuous basis meaning Platinum is able to "help ease the regulatory burden with a friendly and approachable manner."
