The CESG group, which includes Aspire Corporate Services Limited, has been praised for investing in its staff after being granted the Investors in People silver accreditation.
Both firms have been accredited under the IIP framework since 2014, but as the framework has changed they were re-assessed.
IIP Practitioner Andrew Mackey, who assessed the company said it rose to the challenge and went further to provide enough evidence to warrant a Silver award:
"This is an amazing achievement for a small company and reflects a focus on developing its staff and making the most of the talent within the team. Staff are engaged and well-motivated and are dedicated to driving the success of the business. For me, this project was a pleasure to work on and everyone involved was very open and welcoming. I look forward to continuing to work with CESG and Aspire and wish them continued success."
CESG and Aspire’s CEO Neil Carrington commended his team’s efforts too:
"It was gratifying to receive a Silver accreditation following our recent IIP audit and this is testimony to our firmly held belief that our people are our most important asset. We continually strive to empower all of our employees in order to continually deliver an excellent service to our clients. The teams at CESG and Aspire work hard for our success and this award recognises that contribution."
Janine Lane, the Investors in People consultant from GTA University Centre, said:
"I am extremely proud of the work and commitment shown by the team at CESG and Aspire; they are a true ambassador for Investors in People. They are focussed on continuing to develop and improve through their people, Investors in People gives organisation a benchmark to strive for and it is very exciting when we support companies achieve such a fantastic result."
