Cains becomes TISE member

Cains Listing Services Limited has been admitted as the latest Isle of Man-based listing member of The International Stock Exchange.

Cains Listing Services Limited, part of the Cains Group, has been approved to act as a Listing Agent and Sponsor to facilitate the listing of bonds and equities on TISE.

Carolyn Gelling, Head of Equity Markets at TISE and lead for TISE in the Isle of Man, said: "As a firm which is well known both in the Isle of Man and internationally, their membership of TISE represents an exciting next step in the continued expansion of the ecosystem for servicing new and existing listings on TISE.”

The Directors of CLSL are Tim Shepherd, Tristan Head and Scott Leonard-Morgan, who said: “We are thrilled that Cains Listing Services has been approved as a member of TISE."

Cains Listing Services is the fourth Isle of Man firm to become a listing member of TISE. There are now 37 listing and trading members of TISE from across the Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey and Ireland.
