Law firm Appleby has promoted Nicole Sorbie to Senior Associate of its Corporate Team.
Ms Sorbie specialises in corporate and financing work within the firm's banking and finance practice.
Her experience covers banking and asset finance, including acquisition finance, debt restructuring, real estate finance, project finance and fund finance, as well as the listing of specialist debt securities on The International Stock Exchange.
She acts for leading UK and US based onshore firms, domestic and international banks, private equity funds and multinational companies in the context of cross border financing transactions.

Ms Sorbie qualified as an Advocate of the Royal Court in Guernsey earlier this month.
