In response to the dramatic reduction in scheduled aircraft movements because of travel and other restrictions introduced by the States of Guernsey to stop the spread of the covid-19 virus in the Bailiwick, Guernsey Airport in consultation with its key customers will be temporarily reducing its operating hours, with effect from 1 April 2020
As a consequence, Guernsey Airport’s Passenger Terminal will be following these revised opening hours effective 1 April 2020:
Weekdays: 10:00 - 18:30 (local time)
Saturday: 10:00 - 18:30 (local time)
Sunday: 10:30 - 18:30 (local time)
Guernsey Airport’s Operating Hours will be as follows:
Weekdays: 11:30 - 20:00 (local time)
Saturdays: 11:30 - 19:45 (local time)
Sundays: 12:00 - 18:45 (local time)
For Alderney, the Terminal Opening hours are as follows:
Weekdays: 10:30 - 19:00 (local time)
Saturdays: 10:30 - 13:45 (local time)
Sundays: 15:00 - 19:00 (local time)
Alderney Airport’s Operating Hours:
Weekdays: 11:30 - 18:45 (local time)
Saturdays: 11:30 - 13:30 (local time)
Sundays: 16:15 - 18:45 (local time)
There are no changes to current medevac operations, including the transportation of urgent medical and pathology supplies.
Any passengers travelling by air travel are reminded that normal check in rules, and normal security screening rules including liquids, gels and pastes in hand luggage still apply. These temporary operating hours will be reviewed at the end of April, or before if the situation changes.
