Watts Property Consultants are delighted to announced its first acquisition of 2024 with the purchase of Town Mills on behalf of Field Day Developments.

Since entering the Guernsey commercial property market in 2018, Field Day Developments have developed a strong track record of repositioning assets in need of refurbishment and redevelopment.  They now have an impressive CV of projects including Mill Court, Victoria Court, the former Island Bowl (Rock Health), No 1 Royal Terrace, Windsor House, Frances House and most recently 16-20 Smith Street.   

With a theme for creating cutting-edge, design-led space, over the next few months, Town Mills will be rebranded as “Mill Place”.  It will also receive a much needed face lift, with the architect’s brief being “to design an inspiring and impactful workspace in a modern, playful and industrial style”.  

Luke Daynes, Director of Field Day Developments said, “We are always on the look-out for new projects and Town Mills ticked all the boxes for providing us a template to work with.  We have a strong vision for the type of space needed for modern occupiers and we will be excited to represent this product to the market over coming months”.

Works are intended to commence this Spring and will restore and transform the building into an iconic part of Trinity Square.   It will offer office suites ranging from 1,000 to 3,000 sq ft, all of which will have onsite parking and secure bike storage.
