Students, last-minute Christmas shoppers and those planning their holidays to places further afield are just some who are expected to snap up a free 20kg hold bag when they book with Aurigny, Guernsey’s Airline, over the Black Friday weekend.
Customers booking flights between Guernsey Airport, Edinburgh, Paris, London Gatwick, London City, Southampton, Leeds Bradford, Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol and Dublin, can take up the time-limited offer. Flights must be booked by Monday 2nd of December.
Aurigny has said the statistics show that twice the number of hold bags are booked for travel over the festive season when compared to any other time of year, with flyers cramming their suitcases with presents for loved ones.
Chief Commercial Officer, Sudeep Ghai, said: “We are pleased to be able to help our customers with a little something extra this holiday season. We know many are conscious of their baggage allowances at this time of year, with many looking to squeeze in those all-important gifts and winter woollies.”
