The teenage pair reached the final of the mixed doubles but fell short of the crown to top seeds Olly Cull and Lauren Barker.  

The ladies’ open final was Lauren-heavy, with De La Mare teaming up with Lauren Coutanche to take on the formidable Lauren Barker and Lauren Watson-Steele. The latter pair won 6-2, 7-6. 

Meanwhile Liam De La Mare and his father Matt paired up against three-time champions Rob West and Jon Young in the men’s open, comfortably taking the prize home while dazzling a crowd of 100 with some rallies exceeding a minute.

The over-60s event saw Andy Privett and Ian Robinson lift the trophy after defeating Tim De Putron and Daryl Howe in the final, while Lester Boscher and Phil Radford lifted the trophy for the third time in the over-45s final after beating Privett and Richard Radford 6-0, 6-2. 

The ladies’ veteran's final had four fresh faces and Debbie Allen and Andi Ferbrache proved stronger beating Susi Glegg and Rhiannon Hills 6-2, 6-3 to become first-time champions. 

The under-14s event grew from two competitors when it launched in 2022 to 11 entrants. Many of them had attended the summer padel camps, and Danny Conchar and Luca Robertson beat Rocco Elliott and Darragh O’Mahoney 4-2, 4-1. 

The under-18s event also saw a good number of entries but the Gomes twins and the De La Mares expectedly made it to the final with the De La Mare family picking up their second trophy winning 3-6, 6-1, 10-8. All four have made it onto the GB junior squad.
