Both Guernsey entrants in the Marathon des Sables have made it through the longest stage.
Drew Jonkmans and James Le Gallez are now on stage four of what is regarded as one of the toughest races in the world.
They are raising money for local charities by taking on the 38th edition of the Marathon des Sables, which will cover a total of 252.8km in the Moroccan Sahara desert.
Jonkmans finished stage three, which covers 85.3km, having climbed to 192nd overall, having spent a total of 26 hours 48 minutes and 23 seconds racing so far.
Le Gallez is in 521st, with a cumulative time of 36 hours 36 minutes 01.
A total of 867 people started the race and by the end of stage three 790 were still going.
The race is being led by three Morocans, with Mohamed El Morabity at the head of affairs having taken just over 13 hours to complete the first three stages. He has a 54 minute lead over his brother Rachid El Morabity and Aziz Yachou.
Both Jonkmans and Le Gallez are raising money for local charities.
Today they are tackling 43.1km on stage four, with another 31.4km on stage five and 21.1km on the final day to come.
