The 4 x 1mile race around central St Peter Port attracted hundreds of runners in its 21st year.
Teams were entered from across a wide cross section of industrial sectors including finance, legal, civil service, engineering, health, and media.
Upgrade Chirpractic entered two teams, with its winning squad starring Jake McNaught, Adam Dorey, James Adam and Aaron Walden.
The first women's team across the line was Lee's Rouge Racers, while DQ were the first of the mixed teams.
