It was a busy weekend for St John Ambulance Service, as it attended a series of emergencies on Friday night and Saturday afternoon.
An ambulance was called to come to help a teenager at the Cow's Horn at Clarence Battery on Saturday, after they had fallen onto a structure and broken their leg.
The patient was assessed and treated at the scene, where their leg was immobilised, and they were taken to hospital.
Due to the location of the casualty on top of a structure within the Battery, the Guernsey Fire & Rescue Service helped to carry the immobilised patient down the steps and into the ambulance outside of the aquarium.
A basket stretcher and a number of ladders were needed to get access to the patient and also assist with the extraction.
On Friday evening, a two car RTC occurred in St Peter's, which saw a female driver trapped inside of one of the vehicles.
The patient was assessed and treated by the ambulance crew, but was first immobilised as a precaution and the Fire Service assisted her from the vehicle.
She was then transferred to the PEH as well.
The police were also in attendance of the RTC.
