If you thought they'd been quiet lately, then you're right - but they're back, with an EPIC challenge to get us all moving during the lockdown, and they've got all bases covered so you can take part in your lounge or your garden.
Warren Mauger and Philip Smith made quite a name for themselves with challenges such as running seven marathons in seven days, and running on treadmills for 48 hours.
They've managed to get hundreds of people involved in Y-front runs, Moonlight Marathons and the EPIC Week, which saw the pair attempt seven ironman triathlons in seven days while others set their own personal challenges.

Acknowledging it's more difficult this time round to get people moving, they've launched another EPIC week starting today, which will fit in with the rules of the lockdown.
Aimed at encouraging everyone to #KeepMoving Warren and Philip want to focus on healthy bodies and healthy minds during the enforced time at home.
They said it is a one-off special Epic Week, aimed at encouraging anyone, "no matter what age or fitness level, to keep moving during the lockdown to make sure they stay healthy in both body and mind".
"One of the great things we have seen with our EPIC events has been how the community comes together to support a range of charities and have fun while staying active or using the event as a catalyst to getting active again," said Philip. "In this very challenging time for our community we wanted to see if we can recreate some of that in a different way."

Over the next seven days, the pair want people to simply commit to working out, doing something different for a minimum of 30 minutes a day. That can include walking, running, cycling or you could get creative with a home workout.
They've set one main rule which is that any activity must be within the latest Public Health guidelines regarding social distancing and exercise, which can be found HERE.
Everyone taking part can send in videos or photos of themselves and what they have come up with to move outside their comfort zone, which can be as simple as going for a bike ride or a run but they also want to see creative and funny ideas.
At 19:30 each day Maddy Diligent from Guernsey Mind will be doing a live online exercise class on the EPIC Challenges Facebook page, and participants are also asked to share their videos and photos on social media using the hashtag #KeepMoving and to tag EPIC Challenges, Guernsey Mind and This Is EPIC.
Warren said it's about focusing the body and mind: "Sometimes we all just need a focus and reason to get moving which is what we are trying to achieve here. A way of exercising as a community in a time of isolation, having a bit of fun along the way."

Previous EPIC Challenges have been used to raise money for charity and while the EPIC Lockdown Week is free to enter, donations can be made to Guernsey Mind or This Is EPIC.
Emily Litten from Guernsey Mind said the charity is "delighted to be partnering with EPIC Challenges on their new online mental and physical challenge.
"Corona virus is understandably causing a lot of stress and anxiety, and we know that things may feel very uncertain right now. Key to mental wellbeing at this time of uncertainty is staying connected with people, setting goals for yourself that you have control over and keeping physically healthy.
"This challenge is the ideal combination of all these things as well as a chance to have some fun. Guernsey Mind are still here to support you during this time, please do continue to get in touch as usual and check our website and Facebook page for up- to-date online and telephone services."
Guernsey Mind is continuing its work during the lockdown by holding community groups online, and any funds donated will go towards the running of those groups and future initiatives.
This Is EPIC is currently running two projects in Uganda where the covid-19 outbreak is having a significant impact on the charity's savings and loans groups. Once the situation is under control any funds raised will be used to get the charity's savings and loans schemes fully operational again as quickly as possible.
