An accident and a medical call out saw the Flying Christine head to Sark twice in four days to help patients in the island.
On Saturday, a paramedic-led crew went over to help the Sark doctor who was treating an injured patient.
Fortunately the patient didn't need to go to hospital.
On Tuesday a patient with a medical condition did need to go to hospital so the Flying Christine went over during the morning to bring them to Guernsey for transfer to the Princess Elizabeth Hospital.
The volunteer Sark ambulance crew brought the patient to Maseline Harbour so the volunteer crew on the Flying Christine could bring them back to Guernsey.
