Police are investigating the theft of around £700 worth of drills, batteries and radios from the Premier Inn building site.
The burglary took place overnight between Tuesday 28 and Wednesday 29 July.
Police say that hundreds of pounds worth of equipment was stolen, including a Makita drill, a Bosch drill, batteries and site radios.
Guernsey Police is asking for anyone with information to contact PC 145 Kershaw or to contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
