Guernsey Police are investigating an alleged incident which involved three men and a black vehicle in North Beach car park in the early hours of Sunday morning.

It was around 03:00 when the incident occurred near the public toilets.

A number of other people are believed to have been in the area, both in the car park and nearby, at that time, so officers would like to hear from any witnesses.

"Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have been passing through the area around that time and would also like to speak to any vehicle owners who have dash cameras who may have either passed through the area at the relevant time or parked their vehicle in the car park overnight," said a police spokesperson.

"Anyone with such information is asked to contact Guernsey Police CID on 01481725111. Information can also be provided to Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
