A woman who describes herself as a "bit of a scaredy cat" will be putting her fears to one side for a charity skydive, raising money for Cancer Research.
Penny Muirfield will take to the skies for a tandem skydive on 1 August, with all proceeds going to good causes.
It comes two years after her daughter Holly raised £4,150.00 for the same charity by having her head shaved and donating her hair to the Princess Trust.
Pictured: Holly blasted through her original fundraising target - £450 - and Penny has already passed her original aim of £800.
"It is something I have always wanted to do but I have always put it off," Penny said of her challenge, which is being coordinated by Skydive Jersey.
"I am a nervous flyer and a bit of a scaredy cat. I wanted to take myself totally out of my comfort zone to raise money."
