Safe stolen

A safe, containing an unknown quantity of cash, has been stolen from a house in St Saviour in broad daylight.

It was taken some between 11:50 and 17:30 on Thursday 19 December, from the area of Rue Des Issues.

Guernsey Police said "an unknown person or persons have entered a property in the area of Rue Des Issues, St. Saviour where a safe containing cash has been stolen."

CID are investigating and have said; "anyone with any information about the theft or any person(s) they are aware of that has come into possession of an unexplained large sum of money please contact CID at the Guernsey Police or Crime Stoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
