A man has been remanded in custody until a future court hearing, after appearing before Guernsey's Magistrates Court on three drugs related charges and three charges relating to a shotgun and ammunition.
38 year old Neil Macdonald has been in custody since his arrest earlier this year. He appeared in court again this morning when his case was adjourned until the end of March.
Mr MacDonald's case is expected to be committed to the Royal Court when he reappears before the Magistrate.
He is charged with possession of a side by side shotgun, which he did not have a Shotgun Certificate for; a shotgun, which he did not have a Shotgun Certificate for, and 12 bore shotgun cartridges whilst not being the holder of a Shotgun Certificate.
Mr McDonald is also charged with possessing and supplying a Class A drug, LSD and possessing a Class B drug, Cannabis Resin.
He has been remanded in custody at Les Nicolles prison until 28 March.
