Guernsey's Darren Warwick is travelling to Switzerland this weekend to race in this year's FIA European Hill Climb Championship.
He is the only British driver to compete and will be joined by hundreds of European hill climbers.
Mr Warwick is being supported by Zef Eisenberg's MADMAX Race Team, and will compete in the racer's branded Dallara F399 single-seater car.

"We are very pleased to be helping Darren compete in the last three rounds of the FIA European Hill Climb Championship," said Mr Eisenberg. "He is a great driver and we hope this collaboration will help a big name sponsor see what he is capable of, to help with the big costs to compete in the 2020 FIA Euro Hill Climb event."
After competing this weekend, Mr Warwick will head to Slovenia and finish the season in Croatia.
"I have spent several months looking for potential sponsors to no avail," he said. "After explaining to Zef my plight at the Guernsey National Hill Climb event, I am very grateful that Zef of MADMAX Race Team jumped in at the last minute to help me achieve my dream of competing in the last three rounds of the FIA European Hill Climb circuit.
"I hope this will allow me to demonstrate what I can achieve to a big name sponsor for the 2020 season."
