Premier Inn applies for local liquor licence

Wednesday 26 June 2019

It appears Premier Inn is pushing ahead with its plan to open a hotel at Admiral Park.

The hotel chain is applying for a provisional liquor licence for a premises in the business park.

Although it has not been confirmed where the hotel site could be, Express understands it will be in the area of the building to the left of Waitrose in the picture above.

Channel Island property developer Comprop has previously been granted 'outline planning permission' for a site in the area, which could include a cinema and other facilities.

That permission, which was initially granted in 2015 and reviewed earlier this year, included the erection of a hotel as well as leisure, residential, office and retail facilities.
