Windows have been smashed at the King Edward VII Hospital, with one of the people responsible possibly injured as blood was found at the scene.
Guernsey Police said they've launched an investigation to find out what happened.
They believe the damage was caused sometime between the evening of Friday 6 September and Saturday 7 September.
A police spokesperson said they are treating the incident as criminal damage at this stage.
"Windows were smashed by having stones thrown through them, there may have been an injury as blood was left behind at the scene," they said.

The former hospital has been neglected for a number of years with the majority of services being relocated elsewhere so few staff attend the site.
However, it is in a residential area near other busy locations so it's possible that passersby or residents may have seen or heard something.
It's not the first time the former hospital has been damaged in suspicious incidents.
In 2021, Guernsey Police had to deal with three cases of vandalism there in less than three weeks.
On those occasions windows were smashed and fire extinguishers were let off inside the building.
