Someone was taken to hospital this morning after they were found lying unconscious at the top of the Grange.
It was 03:00 when Guernsey Police were called to the scene.
They found the person lying unconscious on Les Gravees, at the top of the Grange with what was later confirmed to be non-life threatening injuries.
The Joint Emergency Services Control Centre said the Fire & Rescue Service also attended, and closed the road while everything was being dealt with. The person was taken to hospital.
Guernsey Police are now appealing for witnesses to come forward, as they investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
"Anyone who saw what happened is asked to contact the station on 725111," a spokesperson said.
