Two huge transformers are being moved to the Princess Elizabeth Hospital this weekend as part of the ongoing work to build a new electricity substation there.
When it's up and running it will serve the south of the island.
It should be moved to the hospital on Sunday meaning there'll be some disruption to some of the parking spaces and access points then and on Monday as the transformers are moved into position.
Staff will be putting up signs so patients and visitors to the hospital know where they can park.
Rue Rondel Road - the road which runs through the hospital grounds - will be affected for short periods, particularly on Sunday morning and Monday evening, which will mean access to the Emergency Department entrance for vehicles at these periods will be via the Vauquiedor side of the hospital only.
While Rue Rondel is affected, the slip road access to Oberlands, CAMHS and the lighthouse wards will be through the gated road off the Oberlands road.
