St Peter Port is being transformed into an interactive, virtual Cluedo board today, as teams get the chance at cracking a 'whodunit' murder case.
Dubbed as a cross between Pokemon-Go and the popular board game Cluedo, people will be able to use Augmented Reality to hunt around Town locating 15 virtual witnesses, solving clues, eliminating suspects with the eventual aim of catching the real killer.
The story which is the basis of the event was written by critically acclaimed novelist and screenwriter Nick Brown. ‘The Latest Krays’ takes teams back to 1967, with the infamous Kray brothers found murdered in the street.
Taking place via CluedUpp’s mobile phone app, the event will see teams of between two and six players competing to unveil the murderer.
There are prizes up for grabs for the fastest team, best fancy dress (optional), best team picture, best team name, best little detective for kids, and best K9 detective.
Tickets for the event went on sale on Friday 6 April for £30 per team. More information can be found here.
