"Mindless" fly-tipping at Route Isabelle

Sunday 30 August 2020

A bath, paint cans and a number of drawers have been dumped outside Le Foulon Cemetery.

The fly-tipped items have been shared on social media today by Deputy Barry Brehaut, who lives in the area.

"So frustrating to see this mindless fly tipping, insensitive too, dumping rubbish in such close proximity to a cemetery," he said.

"Do you recognise it? Did a builder take this out of your home?"

Deputy Brehaut said that fly-tipping in Route Isabelle is a common problem, with residents often taking it upon themselves to clear some of the smaller rubbish.
