A man charged with intending to pervert the course of justice - who was referred to as a Police Officer in court - will be standing trial later this year.
Aaron Cusack pleaded not guilty to the charge at a pre-trial hearing.
He will appear in the Royal Court on 3 July. It has been listed for five days.
