Health Connections Guernsey is partnering with CT Plus to help connect people without transport to essential appointments during lockdown.
Health Connections worked with CT Plus during Guernsey’s first lockdown, to use the transport company’s drivers and buses to help get people who don’t have transport to appointments.
Now that the island is back in lockdown, people are being asked to come forward if they have “unmet transport needs”.
CT Plus has made its P2 community buses available and drivers from the firm will be on hand to help out during lockdown.
If you or someone you know is unable to get to doctor’s appointments, pharmacies or the shops please call 747227 – alternatively you can email transport@healthconnections.gg.
