Melanie Miller has joined the Medical Specialist Group as an audiologist, bringing over three decades of experience in leading UK hospitals.
She qualified in 1991 at later received a master's from UCL before working in Cambridge, Oxford and GOSH, becoming specialised paediatric diagnostic care and hearing aid management.
Ms Miller also is experienced with complex conditions and hopes to improve services in Guernsey.
She said: “One of the most important things for me in my career is finding the best solution for the individual hearing needs of my patients, using a well-rounded and holistic approach.
“With new patients come new, challenging, and complex cases, and I am very much looking forward to applying my extensive knowledge to them and supporting them in their hearing journey here in Guernsey.”
MSG Chair Steve Evans added: “Melanie’s impressive level of experience fills me with confidence that she will be a fantastic addition to our team and will provide valuable insight into the MSG’s approach to hearing care as a whole."
