A new development at La Charroterie will include 17 residential units and two mixed use offices if it is approved by the States' Development & Planning Authority.
The site has been left undeveloped for a number of years after previous planning applications failed to result in any work being carried out.
However, if the latest planning application is approved, work will begin on a complex of apartments.
There would be a mixture of one-, two- and three-bed units with parking to the rear of the building.
Developers also intend to house two units on the ground floor which could be used as retail or office space.
Once complete, the building would be three-and-a-half storeys high.
