Over the last week, a group of up and coming island musicians have been taking part in the Elizabeth College Summer Orchestral Course.
The course started on Monday, and, taking place every year, sees the orchestra work toward a final concert, which is taking place this evening at St James.
The course is sponsored by Intertrust and supported by the Guernsey Arts Commission.
ECSOC have had the privilege of preparing to perform the world premiere of the soundtrack to The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society film.
Open to any Guernsey or over seas students aged eight to 20, the course helps them to develop their musical abilities and confidence in performing.
The final concert is taking place at 19:30 tonight.
