After closing its doors for good last week, the Aquarium is throwing a family fun day with the help of the Vale Earth Fair to say goodbye.
The event will be hosted down at the Vallette tomorrow, Sunday 13 October, just outside of the Aquarium, with live music planned.
Owner Marita Iverson said she wanted it to be a chance to say goodbye to customers and also go out with a bang. She had to close the Aquarium earlier this month because of a lack of business and support.
Last week, she released the local fish back into local waters.
Tunes will be supplied by Brunt, Kiya Ashton, the Coastal Fire Department and more special guests.
Free to enter, things will kick off at 12:00 and run trough until 19:00. Ms Iverson also plans to have a bar for people to be enjoy.
"Join us this Sunday at the Aquarium to dance, drink and have some fun at this unique venue," she said.
