The Youth Commission is inviting young people across the island to learn more about the Duke of Edinburgh Award and how to get involved.
Although it is often believed the award is only for people of school age, anyone between 13 and 24 is encouraged to take part.
The Youth Commission's DofE team will be on hand at the Guille-Alles Library tomorrow to speak with anyone interested in the award and offer advice to those already working towards it.
The award is a voluntary, non-competitive programme of activities, involving helping the community, developing new skills and completing an expedition.
Anyone who completes their Gold DofE will be invited to either Buckingham Palace or St James' Palace where they will be presented with the award by a member of the Royal Family.
Youth Commission staff will be available between 18:00 and 21:00 on 22 October.
