Guernsey Police are looking to speak with anyone who witnessed an incident in the Capelles area on Monday afternoon.
It happened at around 14:00 on Les Petites Capelles Road, near Guernsey Candles.
A cyclist and an unknown car were involved.
Anyone with information is asked to contact PC 178 Osborne at Police Headquarters on 725111. Alternatively, they can contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
