When you think about your dream home you will likely have a clear vision of exactly what it is you want. Infinity Construction understands that completely.
Whether you idealise open plan living, with spacious bedrooms, and outdoor space for growing children or a low maintenance ‘lock up and leave’ property to reflect your family’s changing needs, your home will have your heart at the centre of it.
It’s vitally important therefore that your home is right for you, and that’s where Infinity comes in. Their ethos is simple – they want to deliver on your vision.
With an innovative and dynamic property portfolio, Infinity is proud to have delivered on hundreds of clients’ aspirations so far, with even more moving into their stunning new homes this year.

In the 15 years since Infinity was launched by brothers Paul and John Nobes, the company’s expansion and stature is matched only by its continued passion for quality and design.
Sam Rowe – Head of Sales for Infinity – says that shared passion drives everyone, ensuring success in delivering what their clients want.
“We’re all committed to our continued progression,” he said. "We have a wonderful team, and we’d like to continue building on the last 15 years of hard work.”
Looking to the future, Infinity’s continued evolution is tied hand in hand with what their clients are looking for.
The current developments include a wide range of properties, from a renovated barn to mews style properties.
As with all of Infinity’s developments, there is an emphasis on delivering bespoke designs to meet each client’s individual requirements so their new home is exactly right for them. Whilst Infinity properties have a distinct style, on closer inspection each has an element that make them individual.

Landscaping is an important part of the design process of each development, whether it is private gardens or communal areas. While the interiors all include modern designs, built to modern day building standards, they’re all thermally efficient and low maintenance.
Sam and John liaise with clients in regards to their design preferences for their new home, or investment property.
An award winning example of Infinity’s work and the team’s high standards from conception to completion is the ‘La Vigne’ development off Guelles Road in St Peter Port.
La Vigne is a beautifully presented prestigious development on the outskirts of St Peter Port comprising a mix of detached and semi-detached houses, and spacious apartments.
While the houses have private rear gardens, each of the apartments were designed to benefit from its own allotment. The shared communal spaces are likewise beautifully landscaped.

The attention to detail evidenced across the entire development has been noted by other industry professionals with The Guernsey Design Awards recognising La Vigne in the Multiple Residential Development category for the 2024 awards.
The judging panel was made up of architects and members of the creative industries with La Vigne their clear favourite of the shortlisted projects when they named it as a winner earlier this year.
This accolade is shared with DLM Architects who designed La Vigne, with the development praised as “a testament to modern architecture”.
Commissioned by Infinity, the development was also praised for “blending seamlessly with its surroundings” and for “catering to diverse needs and lifestyles and addressing local needs”.
The judges felt that La Vigne features a balanced allocation of property sizes while recognising that the purchasers were able to make their own desired alterations during the construction process to ensure their property met their individual needs and lifestyles.
The site itself was praised for utilising “a challenging topography, optimising views and integrating into the landscape” while the construction methodology Infinity used was highlighted for striking “a balance between tradition and innovation”.
Overall, the judges said: “This development exemplifies a holistic and forward- thinking approach to residential architecture. Offering sustainable and thoughtful architecture, combining innovative design with a commitment to meeting market demands and environmental responsibilities.”
Planning permission was granted for La Vigne in 2020, with work starting that year. Building work completed in 2023, with each property sold off-plan prior to completion. Whilst the new owners were moving in, Sam was on-hand to support each purchaser to ensure a smooth handover of the property.
The majority of Infinity’s developments are sold off-plan, while in the course of construction, not only saving the clients document duty when purchasing the property, but also giving them a choice in internal finishes.
Around two-thirds of Infinity’s work is on developments such as La Vigne, and current developments at Sycamore Avenue, Les Bas Courtils and Grange Mews, with the remaining one-third focused on private client builds.
Each project that Infinity takes on must meet with the company’s wider aims, which remain dedicated to Paul and John’s original vision of being an ‘innovative and dynamic property company with a passion for quality and design’.
For each client – whether they’re buying an Infinity property off-plan within a new development, or they have committed to a private build using Infinity’s expertise – the interior is as important as the exterior.
Infinity aims to use local suppliers wherever possible, with previous finished projects boasting a fantastic array of materials, fixtures, and fittings.

During this year, Infinity are completing their current developments at Sycamore Avenue, Les Bas Courtils and Grange Mews. The majority of these properties have been sold off-plan during the course of construction.
Infinity are also in the process of commencing new developments at Les Oberlands, L’Aumone, Carriere Lane, and Cobo which will be completing during 2025 and 2026.
With Infinity’s trademark high specifications and attention to detail, their next phase of desirable, but low maintenance homes, are likely to also be in high demand.
