"This is allow further work in preparing the testing facilities which have been built there, ahead of the transition to Phase 5c of the ‘Exit from Lockdown’," said a spokesman for the States. 

"The Civil Contingencies Authority has not yet announced a date for moving into Phase 5c, but work has continued to ensure all areas are operationally ready to make the move at the point the CCA decides is appropriate."

"The suspension of parking on Thursday will allow for further training of the teams who will be operating the harbour testing facility."
