Bailiwick Premium delivers a very special Christmas!

Wednesday 23 December 2020

For one group of islanders, it will be a very special Christmas, thanks to Bailiwick Premium.

Members of the new offers club, operated by Bailiwick Express, are automatically entered into regular prize draws, with December's draw offering a £1,000 top prize.

In the very first 'open to all' draw, released just in time for essential last-minute Christmas shopping, Bridget Lewis was the top winner, receiving the cash sum of £1,000.

As well as the top prize of £1,000, there were four prizes of £100, and 20 x £20 vouchers with the Liberation Group, who are one of the many businesses working with Bailiwick Premium - members can get 10% off their food at all Liberation Group pubs in the Channel Islands.

Bailiwick Premium is an exclusive offers club providing members with a wide range of discounts across many local businesses, offering big savings every month.

There are more than 100 different ways for members to save money across the Channel Islands, with more coming on board each day, such as LoveWine, Parslows, The Club Hotel, Rubis, Sure and Kings Premier Health Club.

To enjoy the offers, Club Membership of Bailiwick Premium is open to all islanders for just £4.95 a month, and there is no 'lock-in' period, or cancellation fee.

Members can redeem their chosen offer - with every one being available to them once a month - simply by presenting a QR code on their phone or tablet to the offer provider at the point of purchase.

Those who don't use smartphones can still be a Bailiwick Premium member, by either printing out the QR code or just noting down the reference number under the QR code instead, and give that to staff when they want to redeem the offer.

Express Director Mark Jackson commented: "Bailiwick Premium has built up a strong following already amongst people who enjoy using the very wide range of offers to save a bit of money on treats, everyday purchases, experiences, fitness, services and meals out with the family. Just one meal for four in a Liberation Group pub will repay the small monthly membership fee in one go, and then every other saving that month is a bonus - including the chance to be one of the winners in our regular prize draws.

"We launched Premium to give something back to our readers, and to help local businesses get more customers in what has been such a tough a year for so many. That all makes it extra special to be able to give away up to £1,000 in the run up to Christmas, and make sure that 2020 finishes in a special way."

Mark added: "The first prize draw was open to all Premium members and Weekender subscribers to get as much feedback as possible from our readers. Following draws will be exclusive to Bailiwick Premium members and we will be expanding the range of offers available in 2021 even further, as well as adding more benefits to the £4.95 monthly membership fee." Bailiwick Premium also has Corporate Memberships which businesses have purchased as a means of rewarding their staff by enabling them to enjoy the range of monthly offers, supporting the economy by making it more attractive for people to spend locally, and managing the offers they provide as staff incentives.
