A male cyclist sustained serious injuries and required hospital treatment after a collision with a 23-year-old driver on Glategny Esplanade.
Guernsey Police are appealing for information following the collision which occurred on 30 March outside the Co-op at 08:00.
The car being driven was a white BMW.
Enquiries are ongoing following the arrest.
