Flags on all public buildings are to be flown at half-mast for this period but they will fly at full-mast from the reading of Proclamation of the new King for approximately two days and then revert back to half-mast.
A 21-gun salute will be fired in the Bailiwick, from Guernsey's Castle Cornet when the Proclamation of the new King is read in London on Saturday 10 September, and again on Proclamation day in Guernsey, on Sunday 11 September.
