999 line broken - alternative numbers in use

Tuesday 17 July 2018

The emergency services are using different phone numbers this morning as the Bailiwick's 999 line is currently broken.

The Joint Emergency Services Control Centre is instead asking anyone who needs to report an emergency, to call 725111, or one of the following mobile numbers:

07839 704000
07781 162535
07911 768180

These numbers will put you through directly to the Joint Emergency Services Control Centre.

Staff have apologised for any inconvenenience and said they will advise the public through the media as soon as the fault has been rectified.

A divert has also been set up so anyone who does call 999 will still get through to the JESCC call handlers directly.
