Bohemia Restaurant in Jersey is celebrating yet again following the news that they have retained their 4AA Rosettes at the AA Hospitality Awards 2016.

Head Chef Steve Smith said: “We are absolutely delighted with the retention of Bohemia’s 4AA Rosettes. The AA Hospitality Awards are a byword for quality and service, so I am truly delighted that the hard work of my team at Bohemia has been rewarded yet again.”

Other restaurants to hold 4AA Rosettes include The Waterside Inn, Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester, Le Gavroche and Restaurant Nathan Outlaw.

Bohemia has had a hugely successful year.  They were listed as the highest scoring restaurant in the Channel Islands in the Good Food Guide 2017, with a glowing score of 7. Bohemia was also listed in Square Meal's Top 100 Best Restaurants 2016. Bohemia was awarded the prestigious two-star award in the “World’s Best Wine Lists Awards” and was granted the Award of Excellence for its outstanding wine program in Wine Spectator’s Restaurant Wine List Awards 2016.

Bohemia is in demand for private parties and gatherings both in the restaurant and private dining rooms. Bohemia can cater for 66 per private party and Bohemia’s private dining room holds 24 guests.

For an interactive dining experience, diners at Bohemia can book the Chef’s Table. The exclusive experience offers a behind the scenes look at Michelin starred Bohemia’s kitchen with Champagne and canapés on arrival.

Visitors to the restaurant can sample Bohemia’s ‘Famous Saturday Lunch’, a three-course set lunch for only £19.95 per person. The set lunch includes lavish dishes such as Winter vegetable salad with tarragon emulsion and pecan brittle; Braised beef cheek with broccoli and pear; and Pedro Ximinez panna cotta with quince and cinnamon.

Steve has created a truly outstanding dining experience with his ingredient and flavour driven tasting menus. Bohemia is the only restaurant in the Channel Islands to be listed in The Sunday Times Top 100 Restaurants and is ranked at number 49.
